KioSnap billing is designed to be boring: a free trial with no payment details up front, one small one-time setup fee, and auto-pay that just runs. Here's the whole picture.
Plans: Wood is ₹0 forever (catalog display only), Charcoal is ₹299/mo, Gas ₹599/mo and Solar ₹999/mo. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Start your free trial
Pick a paid plan during onboarding, or later from Settings → Plan. Nothing is charged and no payment details are needed today — you try everything with real customers first.
Set up auto-pay before the trial ends
A banner and a sidebar card remind you as the trial winds down. Tap "Set up auto-pay" — Razorpay's secure window opens to approve the mandate. Nothing is charged until the trial actually ends.
Know what the first payment is
Your first payment is your plan's monthly price plus a one-time ₹199 setup fee — charged once, ever. Every payment after that is just the plan price.
Apply a promo code
In Settings → Plan, find the "Promo Code" card, enter your code and tap "Apply". Discounts arrive as extra free days on top of your trial or come off your next plan payment, depending on the code.
Change plans whenever you like
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of what you've already paid for — nothing changes before that date, and you can cancel the switch anytime before it happens.
Save with a longer billing cycle
On your current-plan card, switch the billing cycle to Quarterly or Yearly and save up to 20% versus paying monthly.
💡 Good to know
- The free trial is once per store. If you've used it, a new paid plan starts billing right away.
- Downgrading with more live content than the smaller plan allows? Nothing is deleted automatically — the app shows exactly what to trim, and your data comes back if you upgrade again.
- If a payment fails, Razorpay retries automatically and everything keeps working during the grace period — just make sure the account has balance.
- Not for you? Switch to the free Wood plan before the trial ends and pay nothing, or cancel anytime from Settings → Plan.
Common questions
Is the ₹199 setup fee charged every time I change plans?
No — it's charged exactly once, on your first-ever paid payment. Plan changes after that never include it again.
Do promo codes apply to every payment?
A code applies once — to your next charge or as free days — and each plan card shows exactly what a saved code gives you.
