Set up dine-in tables & table QR ordering
Video walkthrough coming soon
Follow the written steps below — they cover everything the video will show.
Table management turns dine-in into running tabs: each table gets a QR code, customers scan it to order from their seat, every round lands on the table's tab, and you settle once when they leave.
Create your tables
Open "Tables" and tap "Manage tables". Add each one with a Name (e.g. "Table 1"), an optional Section (e.g. "Patio") and its capacity.
Download each table's QR
In the table list, tap "QR" then "Download PNG". Place the printed QR on the table — customers scan it and their orders land on that table's tab automatically.
Make sure self-ordering is on
If it's off, the QR modal warns you and offers a one-tap "Turn on self-ordering" — otherwise scanning customers would see "Kiosk unavailable".
Seat guests and take rounds
On a free table tap "Take order" (or "Seat guests (order later)"). Add more rounds anytime with "+ Add items" — the tab shows every order with its total so far.
Settle and close the table
When they're done, tap "Settle & close", pick Cash, UPI or Card, and tap "Collect ₹ & close". You can also "Print bill" or "Mark bill requested" first.
💡 Good to know
- The board shows every table's state at a glance — Available, Occupied or Bill requested — with counts like "4 free, 2 seated, 1 billing".
- Orders on a tab don't ask for payment when accepted — the whole tab is collected at settle time.
- Table QRs use permanent links, so laminate them once and forget them.
