Run your live order board
Video walkthrough coming soon
Follow the written steps below â they cover everything the video will show.
Counter is your live board. Orders flow left to right through three columns â New, In Kitchen, Ready â and every order needs only a tap or two to move along.
How many taps depends on your staffing mode: in Just-me mode it's two taps per order (accept with payment, then food ready) and everything else is automatic.
Open Counter
Tap "Counter" in the sidebar. New orders appear in the "New" column the moment customers place them, with a repeating alert that keeps ringing until someone acts (silence it with the đ button in the column header).
Accept the order with its payment
Tap "đĩ Cash" or "đą UPI" to record how the customer paid â cooking starts automatically. If accept-before-payment is on, "â Accept â collect later" accepts now and tracks the balance for you.
Move it through the kitchen
Depending on your staffing mode you'll tap "Start Preparing", then "â Food Ready", then "Handed Over". In solo mode the middle steps run themselves.
Collect what's due
Unpaid balances gather in the "đ° Payment due" strip at the top with a "Collect âš" button per order; refunds owed appear under "âŠī¸ Refund due". Clear both and your day book tallies itself.
Use the secondary actions when needed
Every card also has "Edit", "KOT", "Bill" and "Cancel" (cancelling always asks for a reason â customers read it word for word).
Look up past orders
"Past orders" opens the full Orders board with status tabs, date ranges and search by order number, mobile or name.
đĄ Good to know
- Orders waiting too long show a red â timer so nothing slips during a rush.
- Orders on a dine-in table tab skip payment at accept time â they pay with the bill when the table settles.
- Change how much is automated anytime in Settings â Staffing Mode â switching is always safe.
